Patrick Connelly

Patrick Connelly is a Seattle based filmmaker and printmaker. He received a BFA in Film Studies from UW Milwaukee. His work focuses on direct animation. This involves manipulating strips of film by scratching, painting, bleaching, and various printmaking techniques. He is a 2023 Lightpress Grant recipient, and his short films have been screened at festivals domestically and internationally.
